Reefer Systems, Inc is seeking a Hybrid Technology Coordinator in Omaha, NE, to be responsible for training on hybrid/electric technology utilized in semi‐trucks and trailers and transport refrigeration units. Will design, plan and oversee orientation and training of existing and new technicians. Will train on computer skills to connect to unit and diagnose with latest software. Will train on mechanical competencies related to diesel engines and refrigeration units. Will create written presentations and guide technicians in hands‐on training sessions. Responsible for regularly reviewing technology and government regulations to ensure all training is up‐to-date and compliant. Must have 15 years’ experience in hybrid/electric technology related to semi‐trucks and trailers and transport refrigeration units, including knowledge of diesel engines, complex wiring programs, and multi‐temperature refrigeration units.
